I made the girls princess wands, I think they liked them! And Em liked her book!





This year the Easter bunny went shopping at a thrift store in Fennimore and EVERYTHING including the baskets was from there! Books, a dress for Kaitlyn, cute shoes for Emmy, books, and other fun things.

I think the kids had fun and after all the CANDY!!! and gifts it was time for church. After church we did more Christ centered activities. It was a nice family day.

Easter Eve

This year we got to do some fun things for Easter. We of coarse died eggs:




On the day before Easter we did an Easter egg hunt at the Midtovne's. They had all the cousins over too, so there was a lot of kids! It was so much fun!
When we got there Coreina let the kids decorate some eggs, she is one BRAVE woman! The kids had a blast and didn't make too much of a mess.

The Easter Egg Hunt! Oh wait, first the Easter Bunny has to come and hide the eggs! The kids sat in the window and watched it was really cute.

Then the kids got to go out and meet him. Jayden told me "I know it's my dad, the Easter bunny's my dad" with a cute little laugh. He so got it! lol. At least he wasn't upset, he thought it was funny. Too cute.

And their off! Ryan had to be out of town for this so it was just me trying to get photos of the kids! Luckily there were tons of adults so I didn't have to worry about the kids. Kaitlyn went off on her own and had no problems finding eggs, so I went with Em and helped her while Log enjoyed the grass and an egg. We all had a blast and got WAY to many eggs!









After that we just sat around and let the kids go crazy on the candy. It was so much fun and I was SO glad that Coreina let us intrude on their family activities! They even invited me to a girls night after that. I got to go to dinner with Coreina and her sister-in-laws. We had a BLAST! AND no kids!

Logan and Kaitlyn's haircuts went so well, it didn't take me long to decide Em needed one too! This is the hair before




Emily didn't enjoy the attention quite like Kaitlyn did. Look at her face in the mirror.



She was very good, but pretty much made faces at the stranger touching her the whole time. She's too funny.
Kaitlyn and Logan were great waiting for Em to get her hair done. Kaitlyn wanted to get her hair cut again!

She looks so much older now. The kids and I went out to lunch afterward to celebrate the cute new look. My kids LOVE Chinese. It was a fun lunch, the kids were all well behaved and being supper cute!
