Swim pictures!

I have some awesome friends who took some cute pictures of Logan during his swim lessons!  He is so cute and just LOVES his swim lessons!  Not being able to swim the first couple days didn't hold him back at all.  He's a little fish!  And he just LOVES his teacher, so do I!

Brayden tonight when I went to check on him.  Silly boy!  Can't figure out how he's sleeping like that!  We put him down REGULAR and he ends up like this!  Goof ball.  Think he's out growing his bouncy seat!

~Also yes, that is our bathroom.  Poor kid sleeps in our bathroom and our closet.  BUT it's the quietest place for him!  And Evan doesn't tackle him and wake him up in here.  Haha, poor kid!

Got this cute picture of Brayden last night!  He's started to roll over in his sleep.  Dang cute that boy!

So Brayden was up all night and Evan was puking all night.  At least I get lots of snugles today!!

Then it got interesting when Brayden wanted to eat, but Evan was asleep on my lap!  

Ended up with Evan sitting on my lap but laying his head on the couch and me holding Brayden above that to nurse him, cause I'm awesome like that :)

We got a visit from a puppy named Logan. A naked puppy only in his underwear, cause that's the best kind.

Also I got some yellow bell peppers at the store!!  SOOOO yummy!  And all for me cause no one else will eat them! Ha!

Happy Independence Day!!

So this morning I took the girls to their swim lessons (this week and next week Mon-Thurs) and when we came home we got ready to go to the lake (a different one than last time!) with our neighbors!!  We got this cute video while we were getting ready to go.

We went to Black Hawk Lake and we LOVED it!  The lakes are still bigger in Texas, but we were so happy with this one!  We will be back before the end of summer!  The kids and everyone had so much fun and it was wonderful to spend time with our neighbors!  They have a boy Logan's age and one between Evan and Brayden and they are just so cute and fun!  Unfortunetly I didn't take any pictures, so you'll just have to use your imagination :)

And this evening we decided not to head up to Platteville for their fireworks show.  We were pretty worn out after all the swimming (plus we went to Lancaster's last weekend), so we went to McD's for dinner instead.  I figure you can't get much more American than that right? The kids had fun climbing all over Ronald :)

Birthday

I feel so loved!  Thanks for all the birthday wishes!

Brayden wanted to be the first to wish me happy birthday today, at 1232 am. Thanks baby I love you too :) 

Ryan and the kids got me a blender!  I love it.  Kaitlyn was like, why'd we get you that mom?  We always get you a blender.  Haha.  Well baby mom is good at burning the moter and we LOVE smoothies!  I love my new blender, thanks Babe!

Then we went to swim lessons and playgroup!  I made some cupcakes to pass out to my friends :) I love cake.  Logan did well, he had a blast!  He got water in his taped up bag, but at least it lasted longer than yesterday.  My girl friends has some great suggestions!

Got my babe home this afternoon, perks of having a holiday birthday :)  

And tonight we went out to dinner! (Family birthday tradition) Yum!  Afterwards we went and got some cool bandaging for Logan.  In the pet section.  Ha!  Works way better than what the hospital gave me and costs way less!  Plus it comes in fun colors.  And this is why I love my friends!  Great birthday today!

Swim lessons

So the kids started swim lessons today.  Yay!  Except Logan burnt his hand last night.  He was supposed to have a half hour lesson, but I told his teacher he wouldn't be coming for the next couple of days.  While we waited for the girls lessons the boys and I went to the baby pool.  It's supper fun to try to keep a 31/2 yr old out of the pool during his sisters hour long class, and nurse the baby.  Logan didn't sit next to me like he was supposed to for very long... He PROMISED he'd keep his hand out of the water...

Well actually first he was just gonna get his feet wet.  Haha.  Well big surprise he got his hand soaking wet.  I ended up having to take the whole bandaging off because it was so soaked.  At least it wasn't bothering him until just before it was time to go.  He didn't even wake up last night or need more tylenol codeine!  I couldn't believe that!  Well he did after swimming with it.  He was happy to let me re-wrap it and put medicine on it again once we got home.  And lucky us, we have swim lessons this whole week and next.  I've got some ideas so hopefully tomorrow he won't get it so wet!

Logan burnt his hand on the stove today.  My poor baby.  Ryan ran him to the hospital while I stayed here with the other kids.  Logan freaked out and wouldn't let us look at it (I don't blame him!) I was glad that Ryan could take him in and he could get taken care of!

They gave him the teddy bear at the hospital and it seemed to help calm him down.  They are so sweet there, the nurses take such good care of my children!  And Logan with his club.  Ryan had fun teasing him once Logan was medicated and feeling a little better.  I however am still having a rough time with it.  Poor baby.
