Our Anniversary!

Last night I surprised Ryan with a date for our anniversary!  He had no idea, it was awesome! We took all the kids over to our friend Debbi's house and she kept them over night! She is one brave woman!  Thank you so much Debbi, it was WONDERFUL!!

Took some pictures in the car after we dropped the kids off, I'm still learning how to do those!

Then we went out to dinner at Ruby Tuesday's, it was delicious!  Here's my strawberry lemon aid, yum yum!

And we went swimming in the pool at the hotel.  I don't remember the last time I actually swam!  Usually I'm holding a baby or two, haha.  It was so nice.  By the time we picked the kids up this morning, we were missing them pretty bad!  Guess we aren't used to getting away!

I thought it would be good to celebrate with the kids too, so we took them to Verperman Farm's.  It was a little wet so we had the place mostly to ourselves!

And this video was last night, we took the kids to McD's and Evan was sharing his ice cream with Brayden, of coarse not so much when the camera came out!

And this is the conversation I just had with Emmy:

"When my boyfriend used to like me, he'd look at me and do this (wriggles her eyebrows) when he wanted a kiss. I would just go like this (wriggles her finger no) everytime to tell him no so the teacher didn't see."

Oh Emmy! What am I gonna do with you when your a teen! At lest that talk about NOT kissing boys any more is sticking, for now!

We went on a family walk today after dinner. This cutie came up to me and asked to hold my hand! He walked with me the whole time talking to me and holding my hand. Logan you made my WEEK! I love you so much!!

Today has been a busy day, but to start out there was the coolest announcement today!!  We were watching General Conference when President Monson announced the age changes for missionaries.  It's soo cool!  When he was announcing it I just kept thinking WOW!  This is so cool!  Haha.  I texted my mom right away, cause this totally affects Kurtis!  He's 18 and graduated from High School, and potentially my little sisters too.  So fun!

So to start out this morning, Katie and I ran/walked a 5K together.  So fun.  I'm glad I have a friend to work out with!

And we went to the Lancaster parade, and watched the girls and Logan

Hair, leaves, food, and learning to crawl

The girls got their hair cut on Tuesday.  I probably cut a good 6 inches or more off each girl.  I liked it longer, but both girls wanted it chopped!  Looks cute though!

I had fun making a happy lunch for the boys.  They had fun eating it :)
