Our toaster broke (tried to start a fire) yesterday. Today I was picking up groceries and this was on sale. And it's purple! Tender mercies

For nap today I put Brayden in his toddler bed, but he got out and slept in Logan's twin sized bed!!

Brayden was exhausted this morning!

I have been having braxton hicks (sp?) all day today and yesterday. Darn winter weather, prolly have them tomorrow too. And no worries their not strong just annoying

(So this ended up being a thing.  All through this pregnancy I've had tons of braxton hicks!  I had to give up working out everyday and try to take it easy.  I was very blessed though that I didn't go into labor or have to take any meds for it.  It was very exhausting though!  This had by far been the hardest pregnancy on me.  And yes I know and am thankful that while it was much harder than normal I was still really blessed with a healthy pregnancy!)

We went to a birthday party as a family today and had a great time.  Kaitlyn took this.  Occasionally I still get some cuddles from my big kids. :)

Kaitlyn's present from Ryan and I for Christmas was a Groupon to sip-n-doodle to paint!  And we finally got to go!

Happy birthday to my baby Brayden!!! 2 years old today!  Luckily it was the Sunday we normally go over to Grandma D's for dinner.  She made a cake and had presents for my cutie pie Brayden.  He brought some treats to nursery, but other than that, I didn't have anything planned.  I didn't get any pictures though :(

The big kids made toast for all the kidos... a little later the fire alarm went off. Brayden decided to make his own toast! Haha. He's so proud. And the toaster is unplugged now.

Logan gave Ryan his Batman to take to work and the girls had some art projects they gave him, so Ryan took a picture so they could see them at his work.  I love that he enjoys the little things they do for him!!

We had QUITE the adventure today! Luckily my friend Erin Espy Sexton was able to come save us. AND the missionaries just happened by and helped too. Tender mercies!!! God knows and loves me and sent me help today!

So I walked with the babies to pick the kids up from school and Evan drove their little car. Well the battery died and the extra one was out of juice too. So long story short Erin came and picked the babies up and the missionaries helped pull the little car home (it didn't fit in her van. It's bigger than I thought!)

It was a crazy adventure, but everything worked out in the end!!

We went to Grammy Wilson's today!  She had a whole box full of shredded paper, so she did this with it.  They LOVED it and ask for it to snow again every time they come over, haha.  She was finding random confetti everywhere for weeks!  And this is why Grandma's are so cool, cause I wouldn't have done it!  They all had a BLAST!

Had my 20 wk ultrasound today...

The girls are sad and the boys are ecstatic... we're having another boy!!!!

And of coarse we sang Happy Birthday to Daddy!

Aunt Tiara babysat our kids for us (as she often does, because she ROCKS!!) and got quite the scare.  Poor girl!  She put the kids in bed for the night and Evan decided he wanted in our bedroom, so she put him in there.  Well he got up and locked the door, then tried to get out and couldn't.  Tiara got the little lock pick that comes with the doors and picked it after a bit, then hugged him and calmed him down and put him back in bed.  She checked the door to make sure it wasn't locked and ended up locking it again.  After that she just couldn't get the door open again and started to panic.  The kids were freaking out and so was Evan.  Poor girl!  She got a screwdriver and took the handle off the door, but still it was locked shut and Evan wouldn't/couldn't open it.  So she took this picture on my phone (we leave it with her since we don't have a home phone) and sent it to Mom and Dad for help.

We got home shortly after and it took Ryan all of 30 seconds to open it and maybe 5 minutes to put the knob back on.  Poor Tiara thought we would be furious and that she had broken the door and we would have to buy a new one.  I remember a few scares I had when I first started babysitting, and it's pretty scarry! I made sure she knew we weren't the least upset and that she did a great job.  Luckily by the time I got her home she'd calmed down and felt much better.  Poor sweet Tiara!

Happy Martin Luther King Jr Day!  It was beautiful outside so we decided to drive to the lake!

We played on the beach in the sand and went on a walk, where we found a fun playground.  We just really enjoyed hanging out together as a family.

When we got home we moved all the bedrooms around to get ready for baby boy.  That meant little Brayden moved from his crib into a toddler bed!!  He did great!  He was so happy to be in with the big boys!

So at my last OB apt the Doc was listening to baby's heartbeat and asked Evan "Do you hear that? That's the babies heartbeat. Where's your heart?" Evan very seriously says "I don't have a heart." Haha. I said Evan I think you do and he says "no, I don't have a heart!" Silly boy. When I told Ryan about it that night Evan still insisted he doesn't have a heart. Our little Grinch. Love that boy of mine!

We were supposed to meet some friends for a playgroup after school, but I got the wrong address or my gps took me somewhere totally different.  After driving around for a while I found this really cool playground!  The kids had a blast and Dad met us there after work, it was so fun!

The 3 oldest and I went to see Frozen sing a long!! It was sooo much fun!!  The girls and I loved belting it out and just enjoying it!  Logan told me afterwards that it was fun and he liked it, but I didn't sing mom!  Hahah, yes Logs I noticed, haha.
