Texas!!!!

We were supposed to go to Texas in June, but it didn't work out. The only good thing about that was we got to look forward to going in August! We left Friday July 29th and came back on Wednesday August 10th, which means...we were in Texas for Evan and Logan's birthdays!!! SO MUCH FUN! We got to do so many fun things. Not only did we spend all that time with family, we had 2 birthday party's, a day at a water park, and a day at the lake! I didn't get very many pictures or videos of anything other than the birthdays...but I got tons of those!

On the way to Texas we got to stop in our old stomping grounds, the West Des Moines mall! So fun. The kids had a blast and I enjoyed all the nostalgia. I can't believe that when we moved from here Em was only 2 months old! So crazy!

August 3 baby Evan turned 1!!! I can't believe that my baby is one already!! We had a birthday party at Grammy Wilson's house and there was TONS of family around!

Soccer

This summer Kaitlyn got to play soccer! She enjoyed it, and it was fun for the kids to watch her play (as long as they could play on the nearby playground!)

On the last night of soccer two teams played together against the parents. It was fun, and by far Kaitlyn's favorite game!
