So the girls had their recital today. Actually I should say recitals. Two. It was such a long long day! I took the girls up to the school and did their hair and one other girls hair. And her mom did the girls makeup. I got a babysitter and Ryan and I watched the first recital. The girls were adorable! Unfortunetly the recital was 4 HOURS long and the ac wasn't working in the building. It was miserable! Ryan left early because it was so long, Brayden was getting too hot, and the girls had already done their two dances. We came home for ONE hour, in which I spent the whole time re-curling the girls hair and feeding Brayden, then we jumped back in the car to go to the 2nd recital of the day. The dance instructors told all the parents they wanted everyone to stay until the very end of the recital. We left at almost 9. I had four girls (the neighbor that took my kids home the night beofre needed to leave early tonight and I was happy to help cause it ment SO MUCH to be able to leave last night!) and mine were falling to pieces, especially Emmy. It was far too hot and too many long and late days in a row. I'm so glad we left after their number!
